Nice trail up for adoption

Hey everyone,
If you are interested in working with the AMC as an Adopt-a-Trail member the section of Carter-Moriah Trail from Bangor(Bangah as we call it)St. to Mt. Surprise is up for adoption. It consists of 2.1 miles and gets good traffic, lots of opportunities to chat up with other hikers. Remember, you do not have to be a member of AMC to do this, just have a good spirit and desire to help out NH.

Hey, this post reminded me of a thought I had the other day....

How about the regular forum people adopt a trail on Washington? We could meet for a weekend once or twice a year (a long weekend for you, Steve!) for maintenance and fun? Thoughts?

When we're done we can rename the trail we work on! :o
