Here's wishing all of you a wonderful day filling your stomachs full and being lazy. And possibly getting in a thanksgiving hike...If you can still move!:D

I already got my "hike" in this morning. 2 miles (700 vertical total, up the road & back, near my house, but it's still a hike, I was wearing my hiking boots!)

We're supposed to hit 60 degrees today here in Manchester, NH. Talk about a heat wave!

I got in a nice 5k run. Other than a stress fracture in my foot and IT band friction syndrome, it was great.

Since I'm not having turkey today, I need to live vicariously through others, so post some pix of those feasts!
