Was up in Meredith today to check out the Model T Ford snowmobile club. As you might know, the Snowmobile was invented in 1913 in West Ossipee, NH. The front wheels of the T were taken off and skis were added. A second axle was added in the back, and chains/treads were wrapped over both back wheels.
One of my dad's friends from the Owls Head Transportation Museum was there, and he let me go for a ride. I shot some video but I'll have to edit it, because there was a lot of glare, and I was getting bounced all over. Definitely fun though!
