Hi follks. I hope to hike Mt. Cabot this Saturday. Coming from Boston, not sure of trail conditions. I have snowshoes, no crampons, no ice axe. Is there still so much snow, or ice, on the trails that I should defer trip to a later date? Anybody know?? Thanks so much.

I don't know the specifics about Mt. Cabot, but if its warm I doubt you would need that equipment. Sturdy shoes and trekking poles would get you across low angle snow. If its steep or there is any potential of it being below freezing its a different story.
