adult bull moose with very interesting antlers. The velvet has white streaking and both antlers have more than the usual two front tines. I rarely see more than two tines out front. This one has three and four, and maybe more as the season progresses.

What a nice moose! He is massive. He started my way in this shot, got my heart thumpin'!!! He just walked past me and disappeared into extremely dense spruce. It's a magnificent animal!

North Kingstown?!!! That's my hometown! Moved to Madison, NH, back in '97. My gandfather always proudly refered to himself as a swamp yankee, and he made the best clear broth clam chowder!

I'm in East Greenwich (last 4 years) and was in West Warwick for the 17 years prior to that. Looks like we've got a bunch of X-RI-neighbors here. I truly love RI but I do envy you guys that got closer to the mountains. Not sure if Brad falls into that category or not considering his current commute...

Being that I watch the MWO web camera images 13 times a day - and i watch sunrise over the lake in Maine on my lakeside camera - and I watch the clouds on the same lake on my son's web camera - and all the other Internet based tools - I am right there with the rest of them! Home is Maine. Emotionally I am in Maine or NH. I just happen to work a wee bit Away.

Wow, never expected to hear from someone else from NK and mtruman is just up the road a bit in EG. Anyone that makes a good clear chowda has earned the right to be called a Swamp Yankee. I haven't had a good clear chowda in a long time. I bet he used a little salt pork in it too.

I remember now that some time back Brad said was from Cranston too, small world.
