Peak color this weekend?

Took a little drive up to Sandwich, NH to the Sandwich Fair today, took over an hour with traffic! But I got my junk food (sausage sandwich, dough boy/funnel cake, buffalo meat cheese steak, mmmm)

The fall color was looking terrific around Center Harbor and Sandwich/Squam Lake.

Here's a shot of Squam Lake, I took on the way back.

I forgot to mention that Squam Lake is where "On Golden Pond" was filmed. But I'm sure most of you knew that already.

I biked up there from Somersworth on Saturday, and it was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen the foliage so vibrant - or the crowds on Mount Major so thick.
