so here is the problem that i am having.....i use a camelback waterbottle to carry jucie with me when i feel like i mite have low blood sugar being a diebetic ....that being said i cant get the smell and taste out of it...i have put bleach water and still i smell it.....any ideas???

Something simple like a solution of hot salted water may help - as hot as you can make it w/o hurting the bottle, and as much salt as will go into solution... Shake it up, let it sit overnight, rinse it really well...
Or get a stainless steel water bottle of some sort... :-)
Or get multiple bladders - one for each flavor.

Well, this confirms that I am all set if I have this problem. I generally have plenty of hot water available as I am in it. Nice to know this worked.

Another thing to consider is that Camelbak's are not heirlooms. They aren't meant to last forever. If yours gets used every weekend it might be okay to replace it every few years or less.
I've heard to wash it as soon as you get home and store the bladder in the freezer. It won't get a permanent taste/smell that way.

I just had to replace the bladder in my oldest Camelbak. An expensive solution.
