See, having a cat is beneficial, this one saved a train line that was going bankrupt in Japan.

I think Marty should correspond with him :)

I wonder how many other cats are out there, saving the world (or organizations)

Marty did get me up to the summit again two weeks ago. I really wanted to meet him and I was lucky enough to do so, I hope he's enjoying the toys and treats I left for him...

Animals are Great, better then some people that I know.:D

If I could figure out how to keep my cats in a pack, I'd take them out for a hike. But they don't like each other, so that would be one noisy walk through the woods!

I could swear somebody had photos of trains on this site, but I can't find it so I decided to post these here.

Photos from the maglev train in Shanghai. We hit a top speed of 268mph. There's only one problem with a train that goes that fast...the ride ends way too soon.

Do you see that, it's the new summit train? I thought "SMT" was just an internal abbreviation, but now the Shanghese (sp?) are using it.

you know when i was up there last time i thought i saw a tunnel boring machine on the way up through n Conway . i think they are digging a tunnel from the base to the top so they dont have to worry about the snow on the road

and that will be the train they will use :D

Now the tunnel is almost done they removed the SMT code logo. Much faster than one of those snowcats ;)

Looks good to me. MWO advertising is a good thing.

Went to buy milk this morning and my STP fleece jacket caught someone's eye. We talked about the observatory and I had a chance to do my little sales pitch.

You told them to donate to STP through Emma's Pledge Page, right? :p
