Some amusing reading (http://www.itwillpass.com/nwo_weather_altering.shtml) I found this a.m. :D

Starting in the late 1960's, U.S. and Soviet scientists began a series of joint efforts to warm up the Arctic (documented in Lowell Ponte's 1976 book, THE COOLING). At the 1974 Vladivostok Summit, U.S. and Soviet leaders concluded a secret agreement designed to promote global warming. On July 4, 1976, the Soviet Woodpecker ELF system began weather engineering operations. By the late 1970's, the United States joined in by transmitting its own weather modifying ELF signals.

To improve joint electromagnetic weather control actions, the U.S. has just brought a number of Russian scientists to work at the top secret Lawrence Livermore high tech weapons laboratory. The real purpose of this new joint Russian / U.S. project is being kept secret from the American people. It is officially disguised as "environmental cleanup research."

Amusing you say???
Where is the outrage?
The calamity of it all!!!

And Javier thought it was all due to planetary alignment. He needs to read this article.:)

Has anyone told Al Gore yet?

I always thought it was the eeeevil Soviets behind this global warming. So if we run the power in reverse, then we'll get global cooling?

That is right! That is exactly what we need. Then I could open a ski resort here in Fla.

That could make Florida the perfect vacation spot; palm trees, blue Ocean and.............snow.

Larger hills would help as well. :D

There is that slight nasty problem of a lack of vertical to ski on:rolleyes:

:rolleyes:Meteorologist Scott Stevens of the Idaho television station KPVI is of the opinion that Cold War technology caused Katrina & Ivan.

USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/weather/climate/2005-09-20-wacky-weatherman_x.htm)

An Idaho weatherman says Japan's Yakuza mafia used a Russian-made electromagnetic generator to cause Hurricane Katrina in a bid to avenge itself for the Hiroshima atom bomb attack ? and that this technology will soon be wielded again to hit another U.S. city. Meteorologist Scott Stevens, a nine-year veteran of KPVI-TV in Pocatello, said he was struggling to forecast weather patterns starting in 1998 when he discovered the theory on the Internet. It's now detailed on Stevens' website, www.weatherwars.info (http://www.weatherwars.info/), the Idaho Falls Post Register reported.

"He doesn't talk about it on his weathercast," Fouch said. "He's very knowledgeable about weather, and he's very popular." I reckon all you need to be is popular and knowledgeable to be believable.

You folks are so behind the times. :D

Weather is the new terrorism.

Remember, the best weapon is a secret weapon. Let weather control be a secret no more. Look up and see what is going on just over your heads. Please for your own well being inform yourself.

Massive weather engineering off the UK?s western coast directing an inbound storm away/northward from northwestern Europe?circa 2003

I am still seeking a better understanding of the chemtrail flight logistics.
