Second attempt of Washington, and a lodging question

Well, as I posted in this thread, my last attempt of Washington was unsuccessful:

I am also planning on taking the snow-van up the following day with Glen trails with my family. I am also considering hiking some other peaks such as Lafayette if I feel up to it.

I have the entire week off and the only issue now is when to go, and where to stay. We have looked at the Motor Inn in Gorham as a possibility. Any suggestions on a nice place to stay in the area?
It looks like the dates for this trip are totally dependent on the weather. The weather looks pretty clear except for Wednesday this week though.

i stayed there last year for STP and the hot tub was a good thing to have after the hike
