In July, New Hampshire will join the national network of community volunteers who collect and map precipitation data for the benefit of climate research and many other uses of this data. The network is called the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network or "CoCoRaHS" for short.
If you would be interested in helping out, all you need is a few minutes each morning, an internet connection, and an official rain gauge.
