young bull moose before dropping the antlers

This bull is sporting the winter coat but hasn't yet shed his antlers. Taken on January 6th, during a lull in the rain. There was a bit of fog all around us.

The smaller one is probably better - but i like the larger picture. Very very cool.

Great camera too - and IS is nice on that lens.
