Very cool! I too remember red flannel hash as a kid.

That's a really nice story! It's always nice when things like a food, or anything else for that matter, trigger memories of being that young again.

BTW, I have never had red flannel hash. It sounds so good that I will have to make some soon. Thanks for the idea and story.
