Sleeping Giant

Yesterday the bf and I hiked good ol' Sleeping Giant (in CT). We did the Chin (Blue Trail) and I had to laugh....the first time I tried it I was so intimidated....it looks scarier than it is, and this was before I did MWN.

Great lil hike, lots of people and dogs out. :)

Oh, if anyone tries this hike....remember, the Blue Trail is wonderful and fun, but it does not loop (I was foolish the first time I hiked it, and just got carried away in the hike :))

Been meaning to get to Sleeping Giant for some time. Looks like there are some really nice potential hikes. Sounds like you got a good one in yesterday. Nice day to be outside doing anything!
