I bushwhacked up to the top of those cliffs in early December. Nice shot!

I've been across that entire little ridge and cliffs, though only in the summer and autumn. Some incredible views to be had from there looking back at Cannon! :)

What a spectacular shot!
And although this scene can be captured from viewpoints higher up on Cannon, I'm a big fan of photos taken from vantage points at lower altitudes. It has nothing to do with being unwilling to expend the effort to climb higher. I simply feel that photos taken from lower altitudes are often more dramatic and detailed than those from higher altitudes.
