Has anyone been into Tuckerman's Ravine recently? The AMC trail condition list hasn't been updated since 6/2.

I'm guessing that might be because there is no more ice or snow on the trail to warrant any updates. In other words, just put on your hiking shoes & go!!

On Pierce a couple of weeks ago there were small patches of snow on the trail. But, they were hard packed and no problem. You might some some small spots in by the Headwall of Tux.

Here is the latest clear image of the ravine showing some minor snow patches.

i'm actually hoping there will be enough to keep the masses that will be going up to support their running partners on lions head but not enough to slow me down so that i can beat mine up there to see him cross the finish line. nice photo thanks.
