Are you in the mobile version?

Also, try a "force refresh". Just google how to do it for a FF or IE.

for anyone else experiencing problems down the road...

First thing is to clear all your cookies/cache/private data.
Then do a 'Force Refresh' as Bill mentioned. In Windoze its [F5], in Mac OS its [CTRL] + [r].

other forums across the web are having " access issues" and are pointing fingers at a Verizon ( or subsidiary) data transmission interface.

Fancy words for take two aspirin and try again in the morning ( when the Coronal Mass Ejection is away to other parts of the Galaxy.)

Charlie, it is probably because you are in PA and not Maine.

You think their internets are much like their roads in PA? Always under construction?

Charlie, I'm using FireFox too, and sometimes some of the text in the new forum's frames gets cut off on the right side. I'm using 3.6.8, which I think is the latest version? Maybe it's just an issue with FireFox? If I switch to IE, everything is fine.

I've been using Firefox 3.6.8/Win without any issues. In case you haven't already tried it, empty your cache & cookies, restart the browser, then visit the forums again (in this order). Although I did not have to do this, others have reported it helped. More than likely, an old stylesheet got cached and is not being refreshed.
