Great one-page article in the latest Time Magazine (February 26, 2007) about Edu-Trips. Hopefully that will generate some action on the website and maybe in this forum.

Does anybody know when the writer was on the summit?

I just saw the Early Show segment, very nice. I hope somebody internet savvy will get that on YouTube, CBS is pretty good about putting their shows online as well.

Yet another article just beginning to circulate. This is an AP article I found on MSNBC.com:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17384886/from/ET/

Wow, four inch thick glass. While they are strong, I don't think they are four inches thick. Good article though.

I wonder what kind of spikes these article bring to the MWO website.

Wow, four inch thick glass.

This is clearly wrong. The reporter may have been given incorrect information, anybody who has looked at the windows knows they are not four inches thick. AND, they're made of lexan, not glass. Lexan is a synthetic, bullet-proof material that is meant to protect against flying ice chunks.

The original story contained a much worse error that the AP thankfully corrected. They had said that memberships cost $459, but that's the cost of an Edu-trip. An individual membership is just $45. To a member-supported organization you can see how damaging that error could be.

Nice article about White mountains page 46. Problem was there was no mention of this wonderful website. How could they put put the article in and not mention the Observatory website?? There is also a nice mention of the bond Cliffs as a top view in the COUNTRY which I agree (page 32).
