Yeah, it made a mess of a lot of things, but it sure does produce some nice scenes.
The deer is trying to figure out why there is a cat in the bird feeder.

That first picture is award winning - on many levels!! Have to say that it's difficult to think of anything so beautiful as a mess (but having some of the same here I know what you mean Mark).

Very nice Mark! I agree, the first one is award winning. The ice after the storms we've been having does make for some beautiful scenery.

Thanks guys. I think Madam Deer was bummed that the cat didn't knock the feeder plate down so she could feast. I just got a new DSLR setup for Christmas, but that shot was taken with my trusty old Panasonic FZ18 at full zoom from well inside the house. Amazing little camera.

WOW!!!! Beautiful pictures. Red Cardinals are one of my favorites. It looks like cardinal heaven. Thanks for sharing.

wow!!! these are awesome! first pic is wonderful, and I've never seen so many cardinals in one place...I think I see 40...awesome

Thanks, Patrick. I'm often amazed at the number of Cardinals and Blue Jays that feeder attracts. They can wolf down 5lbs of peanuts and sunflower seeds in an hour.
