Moi? Mean? nope - just a wee bit of a push to him. It is time to get in shape for sTP10.
I have the perfect exercise to do on the treadmill. Its called treadmill roller bladeing. You set it to 9 mph on a 9 degree incline and go. No sweat and you can cover some serious miles :). I am also in the boat to lose some weight before STP10. I had lost 63#'s but I have gained 30 back :(. Need to get my butt out walking again.
