I'll keep this in mind; should be done with Saturday work by then. Mystic is a long, but do-able day trip. Right now hubby is recovering from a staff infection in his foot and leg. Not that we take great hikes like you all, but there's not even a short one in our future right now.
So glad everyone had a good time in NY.
We're in for this one! Mystic Pizza may be a bit small if we have a big group. One of the locations that was mentioned before (and our favorite Mystic restaurant) is Go Fish. http://www.gofishct.com/. We're in for where ever the group decides though.
We are seeing several people who would like to come, but doing it on a Saturday is bad for them. How would Sunday the 13th fit in folks' schedules?
Sunday would work better for me but I will do what ever it takes to be there. Will be in Ohio weekend before for sisters 50th birthday so have to some how work out the job thing, to make it up for that weekend to Mystic. Might be feeling a bit under the weather : )
Sunday the 13th works for us. I said there would be between 15 and 20 people and the lady didn't seem to think there would be any problem I hope to hear from the manager soon. We can switch to the fish place if everyone would like to. When we get a count and date finalized I will call them too
Also the same company that runs Go Fish also runs a steak place called the Steak Loft. Is is a little pricey but is excellent. I have been there often over the years
Sunday the 13th is okay with me too. If Mystic Pizza would end up being kind of small for us, Go Fish sounds really good to me.
