June 5th sounds good to us. I'll suggest an alternate hiking option as well. Everyone can park at the Trailside Museum and hike up to the OBS. Those that want to do more of a hike can do the skyline trail loop from there either before or after our tour and cookout. The better option would probable be for the ones that want to do this hike to get there earlier and plan the time so that we can meet the rest when they hike up later. This whole loop is a bit less than 5 miles and easily doable in a few hours. I'd be glad to lead since we've done it a number of times. Plenty of time between now and then to plan.
Remember the $th is the OBS annual meeting
