Interesting... be safe.
I'll be monitoring the Hurricane Watch Net on 14.325Mhz as well as local frequencies around Albany NY. No generator, but the battery backups should keep me online for a bit should we lose power. I've got enough batteries for the radios for a while. Here's hoping my poor Davis sensor unit stays on the roof! It's likely to take a beating!

Prayers for all my NH friends dealing with the Pemi flooding.
10 inches of rain here in North Jersey and now it's wicked windy outside.
I saw a bunch of videos and pictures from VT, NH & ME, and boy did you guys up there get hit hard. Hope everyone is safe, despite the damage.
We just got power back here in Maine. Power came on around noon - then dropped off again after an hour. It seems to be for real now.
Good for you Brad.
We lost power for 19 hours. No damage or flooding at my house, but a one lane bridge on my road over a normally quiet stream is missing it's middle.
A friend was under a mandatory evac, so she and her 4 basset hounds came here for the weekend. That made 8 bassets in my house.
Hope everyone here is OK.
