Play Hookey 'n' Hike! South Carter 4430', Middle Carter 4610', 10.8 mile loop, 3500' elevation gain, about 8 hours (or more). A hike organized by CreekCritter. Meet Diane and the rest of us at the 19 mile parking lot and gear up for an 8:30 am start. A hike with good views and with very good footing. As always let me know if you are joining us.

A wonderfull day with perfect hiking weather it was. Super views into Evans Notch and into Maine and stunning views of the Northern Presis from various points on the Carter-Moriah trail. An enjoyable hike with Creek Critter, Mary, Charlie, and ghostdog, trail talking to all.
