It has been fun listening to WOKQ broadcasting from the summit this morning. It sounds like they had fun also.

It looks like WOKQ donated a wonderful TV for the Living Room. A big thanks to them!

I'm concerned.... As the picture at the top of today's Observer Comment indicated, Marty was indeed having a bad fur day. The picture at the bottom shows him looking suitably fluffy. But in the top picture he looks almost like he was coated in oil. Can anyone tell me if he recovered his proper fluffiness? (I don't mean that I think someone actually dipped him in oil, by the way!) Anyway, here's to fluffy fur!

The cat did not get wet, oily, dirty etc. The volunteers took a picture of him and the lighting, angle, etc made him look awful. It was one of the oddest pics we have seen of the cat so we thought it would be a good one to post on the thumbnail to draw readers in. Seemed to have worked. No worries, the cat is fine.

Thanks, Knapper! Now that I look at Marty's photo again, I wonder if he was just partying a little too hard the night before...![]()
Marty is somewhat of an Irish name at that!!!![]()
Well, if Wayne (the snowcat driver) hiked up with the others on Tuesday) who drove the other shift down in what snowcat on Wednesday?
