Breakfast?

I'm planning on hiking this Friday/Saturday and am looking for a place to get a hearty breakfast before starting out. Does anyone know of any places to get a good breakfast EARLY - 6:00 AM or so - that is on the Cog Railway side of the mountain. Usually I've come at this from the other side of the mountain and I don't know the western side approach. Is there anything around Bretton Woods? What is your favorite breakfast stop on that side of the mountain that is open early? Please help - only a couple days left here, to tie up these loose ends . . .

If you are taking 302 from N Conway my sugg. would be Gouldies in Bartlett. It's just before the turn on Bear Notch Rd on the left. We have eaten there for years and love their breakfasts.

It's not really on the way, as I'm coming at this from the other direction, but if nothing else presents itself I may give it a try anyway . . .
