If you use FireFox or IE 7, open a web page. Then go to a new tab and then go to the web camera. The re-size is only done if it is the only tab open.

Having a single tab open (i.e., no tabs) shouldn't make a difference. However disabling the browser's ability to have javascript open up a new window might.

The way the code seems to work on all the Toshiba cameras I have is that when the login page is displayed, the window is re-sized. Click login and the new window opens with the camera image.

If you have more than one tab in the browser, then the re-size function does not happen for both IE7 and Firefox when the login age is displayed.

Yes, I got in before 7AM today. busy day with plumbers, the bank, lawyer, accountant, starting to move my office at home, changed my internal wireless network to 802.11-n, installed a new interior web camera. Not much time for getting outside and enjoying it all.

Oh, once I made the network changes in the cabin I did a speed measurement using the www.vonage.com Help test site. 9.5 Mbps download and 2.6 Mbps upload with 99% QoS. I love speed.

It is just nice to be up here for a few days.

WOW, those speeds are impressive! I'm hoping the new high speed DSL comes through here in Florida soon. It's supposed to be really nice.

here's my speed results on Comcast, from Manchester, NH to NYC

The prior test was laptop wireless to router out to the Internet. For the Vonage test I was consistently getting the same results. each test site will give slightly different results and they can vary throughout the day.

I just did the speedtest site's test and here are the results



I used to use Speedtest when connected using a cellular card. I stopped using them when the results were obviously wrong.
