Thanks to everyone who has watched the vid. It was a fun experience. A few tid bits:
1. We only practiced about five hours total from Weds. until yesterday and all of it was during our off time.
2. The actual shoot was done in one hour in the afternoon sunday.
3. Editing took roughly two hours.
4. If the shifts competed, ours would win hands down since between Brian's experience with imovie and macs and my experience editing inline skating vids of me and my friends.
5. I am glad someone picked up on the little details. I spent hours watching the original vid on my palm pilot and thinking about this when I got stuck in a TX airport last week off.
6. We didn't copy the entire dance and our pace is slower because of the amount of time we had to practice.
7. The version you are seeing here is like the theatrical release. Since it is getting rave reviews, we will wait a while so that it is exclusive content for our members. Later this year, we will recut and release an extended directors cut of it with an alternate ending and some out takes on youtube if everyone would like.
Thanks and stay tuned to our future casts, our shift has a few ideas we are batting around.
