Very nice, Brad! That is definitely an avalanche break. No doubt why we don't see any climbers or skiers on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in January.
We had a beautiful hike on Mount Cabot today. Will post soon.

Yes,that is a break. It let loose yesterday.
Through SpyBoy's help we combined a shot of Hillman's highway taken 12/26/2007 (upper image) and one taken today (1/5/2008 lower image). The snow has filled in a lot.

Well, we got out there again today and it was very nice. Few clouds as we headed up. Then a low layer came through. But, the view was still nice. We were back at the car at Pinkham's just before noon. The headwall looked to be filling in but dangerous!
