Rename Marty to Hillary or Edmund

In honor of recently deceased climbed Sir Edmund HIllary, I think Marty should receive a new name.

It will be hard to choose; "Marty" has its own pull for reasons that are obvious to people who watched channel 8 in years past.

I agree. I thought it was a good suggestion, but the name Marty already has a deep rooting on the summit.

Not to mention, I'd be pissed if somebody renamed me when I was 10 years old.

The name Hillary has too many political connotations. If you rename Marty Hillary I may have to revoke my membership.
