Just found this site, seemed kinda cool, I guess it's like the want ads or craigslist..

Put all your unwanted stuff in a virtual dumpster. Then as people search for your stuff, they can come and get it. (or visa versa)

The difference is, (and I'm guessing here since I haven't signed up yet) is that the inventory of your dumpster will stay until you remove something (when someone comes to take it) so unlike CL or want ads, it never expires (so a great index of stuff will amass over time)
