Ah, the announcer gave a complete explanation of what happened. Didn't you have your speaker volume turned up?

Looks like someone plowed the clouds back. The big problem with this approach is the odd looking sun tan lines that will form on people.

Or it was the Chinese doing their cloud seeding activities to get ready for the Olympics. They will end up with the Chinese flag being drawn in the remaining clouds.

Well, since I know Fluent Chinese, What they are saying is that a fast moving Toyota, being chased by Godzilla up the side the mountain formed these clouds. The Toyota is powered by hydrogen, so at higher altitudes it condensed into clouds.

Looks like Japanese to me. The map they displayed was Japan.

They are natural formations. A weather geek might call them gravity waves and bore you to death. Just imagine that layer of the atmosphere caught in a standing wave. The wind is blowing perpendicular to the length of the clouds.

More gravity waves this morning across PA, NJ, NY, MA and VT. Not as pretty as your clouds streets, but fairly common.

I found some more info here.

Clouds streets are different than gravity waves. Also, they are aligned parallel to the wind unlike gravity waves.

You video looks more like gravity waves than cloud streets.
