Does anybody on the summit know what RH% translates to being in the clouds at the ARVTP sites? I see the summit is reporting freezing fog, but RH is only 92% I know the 4 and 5k stations are in the fog, but they are reporting RH in the mid 90s.
Ideally, it should be 100%, but for various reasons its not perfect.
My weather station in VT never reports 100% RH either, even when they are clearly in dense fog.
