    My wife and I both grew up in eastern CT (she in Norwich and I in Lisbon) then moved to RI in the early '80s. Moving only 30-some miles should hardly count as moving to a new state. New England is certainly a small place...

    I was born and raised in Ledyard. Learned most of my scouting skills at Lake of the Isles and the surrounding woods. Seems now the Mashantucket Indians have a little gambling joint up there!

    I lived most of my life in the Putnam/Pomfret area of CT, but moved to Pennsylvania in 2000. I get back about once or twice a year to visit with my family.
