New Hampshire AT Elevation Profile

Hi!

Does anyone have an "elevation profile" of the AT as it goes through the Presidentials. Or better yet....the entire state of New Hampshire. I asked that question of the Great Smoky Mts. National Park and you wouldn't believe the stuff hikers have out there. So I thought that I would ask that question. I'm going to a meeting tonight to plan the New Hampshire AT Section hike. Thanks!

My son is currently about 2/3 of the way along full AT, northbound, and is using only a new guidebook called Applachian Pages which has what I think you mean by elevation profiles. Elevation for every shelter and landmark along the entire trail, including a graphical "watermark" of it on every other page I think.

AMC offers state by state trail guides that also has elevation profiles.

Actually that's the ATC, not the AMC. Check out the Appalachian Trail Conservancy NH guidebook with maps at their online store.

EMS, L.L.Bean, AMC, and other carry the ATC guidebooks as well.
