    Default Black flies

Ok, the site is for Maine, but we know the New England black flies are strong enough to fly over the border for blood

The also have a handy black fly map, I'll use that to see when I can visit my parents in Rockport

Maybe they should start a program of banding the black files with radio tracking devices. They could update the map automatically that way

It's easier to band the hikers with gps collars. When you track them and see their squiggly line as they hike up the mountain, you know the black flies have found them!
