Looks like the Tuck's cam is snowed over and the summer has received over an inch today. I'm looking at the Kilington webcams and they have snow all the way down at the base.
Still a far cry from May 1996.

Hmmmm......I'm heading up that way on Thurs.....we were hoping for a Sat or Sun hike....thank for the update!

The summit received 4" yesterday. I'm sure there are some big drifts, but it probably doesn't change much on the hiking front.

The summit might start to break out of the clouds around 1pm this afternoon. If convection doesn't take over, otherwise it wont be until Wednesday at the earliest.

The Whites got a good dusting above 2000' with accumulation above 2500'. lonesome Lake at 2800' got an inch and Greenleaf hut got 4. Might get more Wednesday and Thursday. I'm guessing there'll be a lot of surprised sneaker and shorts people out hiking this weekend.

At this point in the month of May the summit has had more snow (7.7 inches total) than last month on this date.

Brad, that is true, but we are still about 4.8" below average for the month of May on our snowfall up top. We may still make that, but May is suppose to get warmer on average, so lets hope so.
