Looks like a huge pile of debris. Maybe they are taking out the old tv station foundation.
I always thought the septic fields were the tiered steps farther down.
I'm sure you're right, Bill, about the fields being below that area. Last time I talked to Mike Pelchat he was in the process of taking bids on the septic work.
Anyone?

I got up here this morning asking the same questions. The pile is actually all of the old railroad ties that for decades lined the cog tracks. It looks fantastic!!!!
