I should have checked thanks JimS. I am trying to plan my 1st fall trip. I am very limited for time. I'm thinking next Saturday leave work at 6:00pm. Pinkham by 9:30pm. Hermits by 11:30 (changing time included) and it's dinner time. Get up early for a summit and back to the car for the ride to RI. My point is I hope to see some snow even if it means losing the GRAND PRIZE OF NOTHING and braging rights..

Even with that schedule you probably would not see snow at the summit. There is way too much hot air up there with the Observers for small amounts of overnight snow to stay around long.
