The F6 data is there for everyone to see. Now one could look at 2005 and see that the first snow was September 30th and pick an earlier date.

Well the weather channel web site says there is only a 20% chance of that R stuff tomorrow. My weather station says it is forecasting storms, and it is a clear sky with an ice crystal ring around the moon tonight (9-20) which indicates snow. What is going on with the weather??

EDIT: The dog decided he had to go out 5 minutes after I came back in, and the fog has now rolled in. So what I thought was an ice crystal ring was possibly light fog high in the sky before it rolled in. *sigh*

Everybody up to the 26th can be safely wiped out. Looks like a dry week ahead.

The long range forecast says snow showers on the 29th. An inch worth of showers perhaps...

And why might you be checking the forecast for September 29th?
