well im sitting here debating with myself to go or not we have complete cloud cover all day

Whiteface is good. Passaconaway is....tree-ridden.

Though, the walk between the two is pleasant, in a peaceful, walk in the woods kind of way.

Plans change so fast! Now I am driving north again for the weekend on Friday and flying back to NC on Sunday. No time for a hike though

We were just talking about doing Whiteface, need to cross it off of our lists for the 4000 footers and apparently, it is the southern most on the list.\

failed my mission today got about 2.5 miles up and the weather got a bit worse
the trails were slick and muddy so i came back down and just for a bit more
execrise i decide to wander down the katherine trail

The weather was not all that the weathermen had promised today! Supposedly the best day in the 5-7 day forecast, but it was gray and drizzly here in Ashland. I assume the mountains were even worse.

Still, a day on the trails is better than a day, well, anywhere else.

Did you see any blueberries????
