I'll be taking advantage of having an extra long weekend (Sat-Tues) and doing some hiking in the Franconia/Pemi. area. Does anyone have an idea of what the high summits forecast may be for Mon. and Tues.? Thanks.

It's kind of tough to forecast past 36 hours, especially in the mountains. The general forecast is for high pressure in New England for the next several days. Whether that means clear skies in the mountains is another story. As you know mountain weather can change quickly and is, at best, unpredictable. That said, you should always be prepared for showers and cold breezes on the summits and ridges even when it's 80 degrees in the parking lot. Be sure to check this page before venturing out:

Good luck, I'm hoping you get good weather. I'm on vacation this coming week!
