Where has your STP fleece been?

The fleece is wonderful because it is a great jacket - and it provides lots of opportunities to talk about the Observatory.

I made it this year for the fleece and I don't know if I will ever take it off .

This is my first year to earn one too. I will be proud to wear it everywhere - once the cold weather returns though.

The fleeces get ordered right after STP is over when things settle down for the staff (might be a couple of weeks this year being the event is so much bigger this time). So, it was into September I think last year when we got them. We can certainly arrange for a September date at the summit for a photo op.

We can do a Fleece Date when they come in to get as many at the summit as possible for a Fleeced Summit picture.

Charlie and I will already be on the summit for the week starting September 22nd.

I will be heading to the summit tomorrow and Ryan is saying the temp will be down around freezing. Wind chill is already in the low 20's. My 2009 fleece will be with me to keep me warm.
