Question on directions?

I am heading up to Pinkham Notch tonight. I will be going up 93 from the Boston area. Could someone please let me know which exit would be the fastest route to cut across to rt 16? Should I get off at Lincoln and cut acorrs the Kancamagus? I am so excited I couldn't even sleep last night. This route is new to me as I have always came from VT. Any short cuts? Thanks for the help.

I live in New Hampton (exit 23) on I-93

It's the same amount of time (1h 45m)

1) continuing up 93, then getting on Route 2 after Franconia Notch, and continuing to Gorham, then south on 16

2) take Exit 23 to Route 104 east to Meredith, then pick up Route 3, then 25 to West Ossipee, and then up Route 16.

Taking the Kanc adds 45 minutes to the drive.

If you want to get there fast, take I-93 all the way up, double lanes until Franconia Notch so you can pass the RV's.

The West Ossipee route will be slower because it's single lanes.
