    Default Fall skiing is great

Each year the weather is very different. We have had Columbus Day weekends with snow and cold. Others are a bit warmer. Well, this weekend has been great in northern New England!

Here is a video taken yesterday morning of my son waterskiing on the lake here in Maine. The water was about 60 degrees and the air was 45. Very few boats on the lake (for some reason) and skiing conditions were perfect.

For the skiers - he is doing 36MPH at 28-off. That means, the boat is going 36MPH and he has taken 28 feet off the normal 75 foot long tow rope.

    Default

Nice having the whole lake to yourself

When I kayak on Lake Winnipesaukee in the spring, I'm usually the only one out there, good stuff!
