    Default Weekend of 10/18

On the weekend of 10/18, my sister and I went on a shopping weekend to North Conway. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

From behind our hotel, I tried to get the moon.

From Settlers Green, Lots of Major shopping done that day!! The colors are so perfect with the blue sky.

On 10/18 I drove to the summit. It had some great rime ice..

    A perfectly clear Day.

Great pictures Kathy. You obviously had a great day to be on the mountain. I really love the shots of the mountains from the auto road on the way down - particularly the one with moon over the summit. Thanks for sharing.

Nice! I didn't know the auto road was still open. Glad you got to enjoy that.

Are the last two Red Eagle Pond from Passaconaway Rd.? Very nice color and composition!

Wow, you're good. That's exactly where I was.

I got there at 6:30am hoping to see a moose, I waited for a while, but no luck. It got prettier as the sun was coming up, I must have taken 30 shots of it and these two I think were the best. I don't have any fancy equipment, just my little digital camera. But You and others that post here were on my mind when I was snapping away.

My sister and brother in law found that road back in July and were lucky enough to see one in the pond in the later afternoon.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments, it was a Great trip and I can't wait to get up there again...
