    For those of you who have Facebook, consider posting a note and link about this in your "feed" so that your friends, family, etc. get the news about the National Geographic article. In theory, this could amount to several hundred or thousand extra people getting the news...and even more good publicity for the Observatory...

    This is just fantastic! What a great opportunity for the OBS. Congratulations to Scot and everyone there. Can't wait to see it in print. The photos in the gallery on the article page are amazing. The night shot of the OBS just became my new desktop wallpaper. Spectacular!!!

    Glad you're enjoying all this! FYI-- the article online is identical to the print version, but there are many more pics on the web than in print.

    Anyone see the Union Leader today? Gotta love getting the front page in the state's largest paper!
