    Default The Seasons at One Spot on the AT

    The link below will take you to a webpage where you can view 5 images of the same spot on the Appalachian Trail on Blood Mountain in Georgia: winter, spring, summer, autumn, and in Georgia fog.

    Blood Mountain is the highest point (4458) reached by the AT in Georgia. The stretch of trail in the pictures is only about 200' below the summit.

    I have, somewhere in a jumbled and packed storage locker up north, photos of the same spot taken in every month of the year.
