If you have your pictures hosted on another site (I think you said you use Flickr) get the link from the other site to embed the picture. On Flickr you do this by clicking the "Share This" link on the upper right of the page while viewing the picture, selecting "Grab the link" and then copying the URL. In your post here click the "Insert Image" icon in the post editor and paste the URL into the dialog box. Look forward to seeing more of your pictures here! Thanks for sharing.
