I feel we needed a sunrise and sunset thread. So I decided to start one. So come on everybody and post some shots.
These were taken @ Horseneck Beach at sunset on Memorial Day weekend.

Beautiful images, all three! Congrats!!!
Are you from West Island? I have been trying to get over there for a while to catch a sunrise but never get to.
I live on Sconticut Neck, the road to West Island. Do you live near Horseneck?
This morning I was taking pictures at Nubble Light before sunrise. When the sun did come up there were lots of clouds, but I was able to snag this picture.

My most recent set of sunset/sunrise pics from last week. The sunrise from Cadillac Mountain is always incredible. The sunset over the cove on Somes Harbor by the campsite was the best I've seen there in three years. More of these and the rest of Acadia last week here: http://picasaweb.google.com/mtruman42/Acadia09#
